My fellow Deltans, I am Chief Joshua Denila, and I stand before you today not as a politician, but as a concerned citizen, a parent, a neighbor, and a true son of Delta State. For too long, we have watched our beloved state, a land blessed with abundant resources and vibrant people, languish under the weight of mismanagement, neglect, and a system that prioritizes a select few over the well-being of the many.
The time for progressive change is not just near; it is here. The time for a decisive shift, a fundamental re-direction, a U-Turn 2027 is now! This is not just making a slogan; it is a solemn promise, a rallying cry, and a blueprint for the Delta State we all deserve.
We have endured enough. We have seen our schools crumble, our youth wander without hope of employment, our communities gripped by fear, and the very fabric of our society corroded by the cancer of corruption. The high cost of basic necessities, especially food and quality education, has pushed countless families to the brink. This is not the Delta State our forefathers envisioned, and it is certainly not the future we want for our children.
U-Turn 2027 is a call to action, a collective decision to turn away from the path of oppression and poverty, and to embark on a new journey towards prosperity, security, and dignity for every Deltan.

For too long, our schools have been neglected, our teachers demoralized, and our children denied the foundational knowledge they need to thrive. We will initiate a comprehensive overhaul of our education system.
