Projected IGR Growth via Digital Tax
By deploying an integrated digital tax system, similar to the one that boosted Lagos State's revenue by 30%, we project a significant and steady increase in Delta State's Internally Generated Revenue over the four-year period.
Automation of Government Services
This plan prioritizes the complete automation of key government services. The goal is to enhance efficiency, reduce corruption, and improve citizen access to health, security, and infrastructure monitoring through technology.
Pillar 2: Social Welfare for a Better Life
We understand the daily struggles of our people. This plan directly addresses the cost of living by introducing free public transport and subsidized food centers, making life easier for every family in Delta State.
Free CNG Bus Program Investment
Total Estimated Cost: ~$28.1 Million
A strategic investment will establish a fleet of 250-375 free CNG buses and a statewide network of 28 fueling stations, revolutionizing public transport and creating jobs across all 25 LGAs.
Farm-to-Table Subsidized Food Program
Contract Farming
The government will contract directly with local farmers, providing inputs and guaranteeing purchase at fair prices to boost local agriculture.
LGA Food Centers
Establish at least one food center in each of the 25 LGAs, equipped with modern storage and retail infrastructure.
Subsidized Sales
Essential food items will be sold twice weekly at highly reduced rates, stabilizing prices and increasing family purchasing power.
Pillar 3: Unprecedented Security
Your safety is paramount. We will tackle crime head-on by establishing a responsive Community Police force and deploying a statewide network of intelligent, technology-driven security systems to ensure peace of mind for all.
The Delta State Community Police
A localized and responsive police force with operational units in every LGA. Funded by a dedicated trust fund, it will be well-equipped and trained in modern, community-focused policing principles.
Intelligent Access Control
Installation of ~500 smart gates at town entry/exit points with License Plate Recognition. This allows for an "auto-lockdown" of areas during incidents, trapping criminals and aiding rapid interception.
AI-Powered CCTV Network
A statewide network of AI cameras with people tracking and facial recognition. A 24/7 monitoring center will provide real-time intelligence to the Community Police for proactive crime prevention.
